the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Florida Civil Rights
Act. We also advise employers how to minimize liability for such
claims.
Our attorneys have represented employers at all levels of the
state and federal court systems as well as in administrative proceedings
before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida
Commission on Human Relations.

negligent hiring and retention, negligent supervision, defamation,
