Mr.
Crabtree received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major
in U.S. History and U.S. Government from the University of Virginia
in 1976. He received his Juris Doctorate degree with honors from
the Florida State University College of Law in 1979. Following
his admission to The Florida Bar in 1979, Mr. Crabtree practiced
law as an associate with Holland & Knight from 1979 to 1981. He
then joined Fuller, Johnson & Farrell, P.A. in 1981 as an associate,
and in 1985 became a shareholder. Mr. Crabtree continued in that
position until March, 2000, when he became a founding partner of
Andrews, Crabtree, Knox & Andrews, LLP.
Mr. Crabtree has extensive experience representing insureds, self-insureds,
and insurers in the areas of toxic torts, environmental liability,
construction defects, motor vehicle liability, premises liability,
product liability and coverage disputes.
Mr. Crabtree has been board certified as a civil trial lawyer by
The Florida Bar since 1988. He is admitted to practice in the
United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida,
the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and
all Florida Courts. Other professional affiliations include: Defense
Research Institute, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and Tallahassee
Bar Association.
