Mr.
Knox received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Broadcast
Journalism from the University of Florida in 1976. He received
his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida State University College
of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1979. As a student,
he was a member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and inducted into Phi
Kappa Phi honorary.
From 1980 to 1982, Mr. Knox served as a law clerk for the Honorable
Douglass B. Shivers, First District Court of Appeal, State of Florida.
He then joined the firm of Fuller & Johnson, P.A., as an associate
from 1982 to 1985. In 1985, he became a shareholder with Fuller,
Johnson & Farrell, P.A., and continued in that position until he
resigned in March, 2000, to become a founding partner of Andrews,
Crabtree, Knox & Andrews, LLP.
The scope of Mr. Knox's practice includes a broad range of civil
trial and appellate work, including workers' compensation, major
vehicular litigation, nursing home litigation, product liability,
and governmental tort liability.
Mr. Knox is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, and the
United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts
of Florida. He is active in various professional organizations,
including the American Bar Association, The Trial Lawyers and
Workers' Compensation sections of The Florida Bar, Florida Defense
Lawyers Association, and Defense Research Institute.
